Agreement to Terms


By requesting a quote, booking a service, or accepting any estimate, you agree to these Terms of Service.


Estimates & Lead-Based Pricing


All quotes are based on the information provided (photos, description, or in person estimate).

If actual property conditions differ, price adjustments may be required before or during service.

For leads generated through platforms such as third party services, pricing reflects lead acquisition costs, time, and travel, not just labor.


Scheduling & Arrival Windows


We operate on route based scheduling, not exact appointment times.

Customers will receive a service window, not an exact arrival time.

We are not required to notify customers before arrival unless agreed in writing.


  Same Day Readiness Requirement


The property must be fully ready for service on the scheduled day, including:

  • Pet waste removed
  • Gates unlocked
  • Debris cleared


Customers may not request notification when we are on the way to prepare the yard.


If the yard is not ready:

  • Service may be skipped
  • A missed service fee of $50 may be charged


Pet Waste Policy (Strict Enforcement)


All pet waste must be removed before arrival.


If waste is present:

  • Service may be refused
  • Additional fees may apply
  • This policy protects equipment, sanitation, and service quality.


Payments & No Payment Protection


Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted methods include cash, card, and Zelle.


Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Service suspension
  • Collection action if necessary


Cancellations & No Show Fees


24 hour notice is required for cancellations.

Same day cancellations or no shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If we arrive and cannot perform service due to customer related issues, it is treated as a completed visit.


Property Condition & Risk Acceptance


Customers must disclose hazards including:

  • Rocks, wires, or hidden objects
  • Irrigation systems, low pipes, or fixtures


We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by hidden hazards
  • Damage to unmarked or concealed items


Overgrown & First Time Service Conditions


Overgrown lawns, neglected yards, or first time cleanups will be charged at a higher rate.


This may include:

  • Equipment strain
  • Extra time
  • Disposal fees


Recurring Service Terms


Recurring customers are automatically scheduled on a route.

Skipping service may affect lawn condition and pricing.

Service continues until canceled with notice.


Weather Delays


Services may be delayed due to weather conditions.

Delayed services will be rescheduled based on route availability, not customer preference.


Service Quality & Complaints


Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.

We will correct valid issues at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued if appropriate.


Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Non payment or difficult service situations


Legal & Liability Limits


Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.


Updates to Terms


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated Terms.
